We travel for introduce creators to give people outside Nagoya the wonderful things of individual artists./

This event theme is ‘Memories with the Creators.’

Creators from all over Japan came to Hakata.
The surprise of ‘There is such a person!’ may bring about creative changes in your life. Workshops and sales demonstrations will also be held. Why don’t you share your memories with the creators here?

[Lightmill]

Marquetry accessories combining natural wood with metal, natural stone, shell. The contrast and three-dimensionality created by the fusion of different materials. Designs born from the maker’s inspiration draw out the wearer’s movements in daily life. Art objects are also on sale.

Creating original hand-spun yarn. ‘Yarn and colours you simply must touch’ . She say “wish for you to discover the joy of making”. With this in mind, at the venue we shall talk at length about the charm of yarn and the pleasure of bringing it to life, interspersed with live spinning demonstrations.

[Ceramic art accessory CHIKA]

The clay used as material is a fragment of the earth, much like a gemstone. It is a quiet, ephemeral substance called “pottery”, refined through human hands. Precisely because of this, it holds a hint of warmth. We also offer pieces made from upcycled waste bottle glass.

Notebooks is produced by hand-binding. It is a book from which a story begins. The small notebooks are filled with thoughts and feelings, and deliver the state of the heart at that moment. You can write anything you want, even stop halfway through.

Drowing a portrait of you, just for the atmosphere. The finished art will not look much like you.
But it is calm and soft, so suitable for decorating your room.

[ Kenta Chujo ]

A drop from the grass, a glimmer of light in a moment…  Snow, forests, raindrops, its own character in glass works. He works from two bases, Hokkaido and Aichi, and it creates a range of sensibilities. Then he make the atmosphere to create clear glass works.

These works do not use moss colonies (colonies) as they are, but are carefully cleaned, and then planted with the moss little by little. This ensures a stable supply of water, prevents easy peeling and suppresses mould and insect infestation. Workshops are also held.
